Our AirTag animal-friendly Cat tracking collars are a perfect way to make sure you never lose your mascot. This item is Vegan animal friendly and does not contain any animal products and uses PU leather. These collars are also suitable for small dogs.

Cats get curious and can wonder or at times be out of sight. If you have ever lost your pet you would know how horrible and stressful the experience can be. We set out to solve the problem with technology that is readily available by means of GPS tracking. The Apple AirTag is a proven product, so we combined it with an animal-friendly collar.

The AirTag device (not included) allows your pet to be located without a distance limit by using Find my app, found on every iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device. The Andriod device user can also pair this device by using the 'Tracker detector' app.

As pet lovers, the investment was worth it for us.

AUSTRALIA

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days unless the item is on backorder, please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery to your address. We use Australia Post and partner courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may periodically occur — if we envisage a notable delay you’ll be contacted by our dispatch team. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee of $7.50 is imposed by the delivery party.

INTERNATIONAL

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery to your address. We use Australia Post and partner international courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may periodically occur — if we envisage a notable delay you’ll be contacted by our dispatch team. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee of $14.50 imposed by your local delivering party.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be given in the event of defective items. We will not refund in the event of change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered. Once your order has been paid for on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt of your product. For all defect claims, please email hello@friendlymascots.com.au (with your order number, full name, image of the defect and full description) prior to returning your parcel. Friendly Mascots will not accept returned claims without prior authorisation.
